1. Sign in to your Gmail account

First of all, you need to sign into your Gmail account. If you don’t have one then you can create a new account. This account you’re signed into will be used to access the emails.

2. Open your Gmail settings

At the top right corner you can see the setting icon, click on that and click on See all settings as shown in the screenshot below.

After clicking “See all settings” go to the “Accounts and Import” tab from Gmail settings.

4. Click on “Add another Email address”

Click on the “Add another email address” section. You will be displayed a new window requiring you to add your email address.

5. Enter your Email Address

Type the name you want to set in your email and enter your webmail email address. After entering your email click on the “Next step” button.

As shown in the picture select the Import emails from my other accounts (pOP3) option and click on the next button.

7. Enter the Password, email and pOP server

Now here you need to put in valid details. Write the complete email address password and confirm the POP server address. For non-secure connections, keep the port number 995 or choose 110 if your connection is secure. Check the box “Always use a secure connection (SSL) when retrieving mail”. and then click on the “Add Account” button as shown in the screenshot. If you don’t choose the SSL option, it will indicate your domain preceded by “mail”. Now click on add account button.

  1. Now choose “Yes, I want to be able to send mail as ….@….com” and click next.

2. Now confirm your name and treat your email as an alias and click on next step.

3. Here enter the SMPT server and for the port select Port 25 for Non-SSL or 465 for SSL. Enter the username and password and choose “Secured connection using SSL” and hit “Add account”

4. Now it will send a confirmation code to the email to which you’re trying to connect. Go to your webmail, log in to your email and copy paste the confirmation code and click on verify button.

Now that you’ve verified the code, you’re finally done with the setup of your webmail email to Gmail. Now you can send and receive messages using that email.
